High Cotton Red Snapper Fishing Charter Giveaway

HOW TO ENTER

Purchase a limited edition Welcome Food Pantry t-shirt for $100 to be automatically entered into the giveaway. Each t-shirt purchase equals one (1) giveaway entry. No additional purchase necessary.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive an all-inclusive Red Snapper Fishing Charter trip for up to 10 people aboard the High Cotton Fishing Charter out of Orange Beach, Alabama. The giveaway drawing will be held on June 13th and the trip is scheduled for June 20th, 2025

Trip includes:

• Private charter for up to 10 guests

• Fishing gear and bait

• Licensed captain and crew

• Cleaning of your catch

• All necessary fees and permits

Transportation to and from Orange Beach, AL is not included. Meals and gratuity are not guaranteed and may be the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise provided by the charter service.

ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries must be received by June 12th at 11:59pm  . The winner will be randomly selected and announced on June 13th via a drwing held by the Welcome Center. The winner will be notified via email. 

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Welcome Food Pantry are not eligible to win.

LIMITATIONS

• Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

• The trip must be taken as scheduled. No substitutions or extensions.

• If the winner cannot participate, a new winner may be drawn.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Welcome Food Pantry, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or from participation in the fishing trip, including but not limited to injuries sustained on the vessel or during travel to/from the event.

Welcome Food Pantry is not the owner/operator of the charter service and assumes no responsibility for the actions or performance of the High Cotton Fishing Charter or any third-party vendors.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be contacted via the information provided at checkout. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or declines the prize, another winner will be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This giveaway is being conducted in accordance with applicable state laws. Void where prohibited.
All proceeds from t-shirt sales directly benefit Welcome Food Pantry and its mission to support families in need.
